Vin de Pays (designation of origin is not yet permitted for interspecific varieties)
A blend of three varieties each bred by floral crossing, a technique which produces vines that are naturally disease-resistant. Is this the winegrowing of the future or a passing curiosity? Perhaps a bit of both. An aromatic white with a touch of well-integrated sweetness deriving from some residual sugars.
As an aperitif or as a dessert wine if you are looking for something that isn’t too sweet.
