An unusual wine with hints of citrus, sometimes with a milky edge; lively and very long in the mouth.  

Background:

Doral is a Swiss variety developed in 1965 by Messieurs Simon and Jaquinet of the Federal research stations from a floral cross of Chasselas and Chardonnay. To be at its most expressive in the glass, Doral needs an optimal maturity at harvest.

To accompany:

Perfect as a pre-dinner aperitif or with cheese or fine-textured fish.
