A rich and mellow wine, the result of drying the grapes on grids and of fermentation and maturing in oak barrels. A rich bouquet suggesting conserved fruit with, sometimes, a light hint of cocoa. In the mouth, a well-balanced sweetness that reveals the difficulty of making this wine.
